DIS Advertising Form

1 Advertising cannot be confirmed until this application form is completed and submitted to DIS Committee at the email address below.
2 Written confirmation will be provided by the DIS Committee if the advertisement is approved.
3 The Advertising needs to be listed on the form.
4 DIS Committee reserves the right to cancel the Advertising without notice.
5 DIS Committee does not guarantee exclusivity for the product/service provided.
6 The publishing of the Advertising will be determined by DIS Committee on when this will be published. The Advertiser has no influence on when the DIS Committee can put the Advertising out to the community.
7. Advertising will be published as one WhatsApp message ONLY to go out to the community. If more WhatsApp Messages are required a further charge would apply.
8. The Advertiser shall not enter the ad themselves & publish on the DIS WhatsApp Group. The DIS Committee have the sole responsibility to enter and manage the advert on WhatsApp.
9. DIS bears no responsibility for the product/service advertised. The Advertiser has sole responsibility for the product/service been advertised and is required to have any necessary insurance.
10. The Advertiser must not bring DIS into disrupt with the product/service provided.
11. Once the Advertising is agreed, any change to the product/service to be provided must be agreed in writing with DIS.
12. Cancellation notice must be provided in writing to the email below.
13. No refunds will be issued for the cancellation of an advertisement.
14. Payment can be made in cash, cheque (made Payable to: Dacorum Indian Society) or by BACS transfer into DIS account ( Sort code: 30-94-08 Account: 02802554 Reference: Advert2020 Initials Post Code).
